As the first Baltic state Estonia has began the license porting process.

CC Estonia is led by Public Project Lead Ene Koitla from the Estonian Information Technology Foundation (EITF).

The legal work will be conducted by Priit Lätt, Hele Karja, and Heiki Pisuke of Glimstedt Straus & Partners, and independent legal expert Mario Rosenthal from the University of Tartu.
